okay bout today's training ...
i swear im not going for anymore of that ... is a touture . tourmenting . sacrifize . whatever .
hahas mr sng got a new look . sunglasses , bluish shirt and brown pants i think .
and the water is so so ewwww .... dirty ... dust and particle floating around ...
yucks ...
hmmm ... not bad . we did 2 sets of 8 /250m ... tiring yes only my right arm ... hmmms wonder why .. and , no running ... i hate running ...
after all that lunch .

next after reach home , is smsing , phone calls , piano and chat .
my mother chase me round to squeeze pimple and i fell asleep ... sorry kevin and halim ...
hahas ... the usual routine .. i had mee pok ...

slept until 4 plus ... i slack ... i didnt go and practice on my blade ... im turning sucky ... cant skate backwards ...

makan , makan and more makan ...
late at night ... bathe , more chatting , phones ,pianos and smsing ...
